Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions
Experience a restorative Yin Yoga practice that targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and relaxation. Through a series of slow and nourishing poses, we will encourage you to surrender into each posture, allowing the body to gently open and release tension.Then lie back and enjoy a blissful sound bath, immersing you in the therapeutic vibrations of instruments such as Crystal Bowls and Chimes. These harmonic frequencies have the power to resonate within your body, calming the mind, and supporting a profound state of relaxation and meditation.
Our intention is to guide you on a journey of self-awareness. By surrendering to the present moment and letting go of resistance, you'll open doors to peace, calm and clarity. This event is a gentle reminder that it's okay to slow down, recharge, and prioritise your well-being.

Who Can Attend: Everyone is welcome, whether you're a seasoned practitioner or completely new to these practices. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required; just an open heart and a willingness to let go.

Qigong is an ancient mind-body practice originating from China that incorporates movement, breath, meditation and self-massage, in standing or seated positions. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Taoist philosophy, Qigong is practised to promote the healthy flow of our life force energy ('Qi') and self-healing properties in our bodies and minds.
Benefits of practising Qigong:

About Vickie
I began my yoga journey in 2016 when I joined a local studio and discovered the transformative benefits of the practice. Since then, I have completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Australian Yoga Academy, and have also done training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Advanced Sequencing and Yoga for Seniors. For me, practising yoga means a lifelong journey of learning and self-growth. Increasing my knowledge of yoga deepens my passion for the practice and enhances my teaching.
I believe that different yoga styles complement each other and can be practised together. I love Vinyasa for its dance-like quality where you flow through poses in sync with the breath. Yin Yoga is meditative and deeply nourishing, and promotes self-healing.
More recently I have studied to become a Modern Qigong Teacher so that I can also share this ancient and amazing self-healing, meditative movement practice.
Teaching yoga & qigong has given me purpose and fulfilment. Let me share my knowledge and passion for these practices so that you may also feel the transformational effects, now proven by western science to be beneficial for your health and wellbeing.
Off my mat, I love connecting with family and friends, brunching at cafes, walking in nature with my dog, and sunny holidays.
